Improved Top Team Performance
- Higher Performance and Good Motivation - Despite Extreme Duress. 

This project involved a team of 5 consultants and 3 support staff led by Stephen Reid.  We brought about a step change in the operating performance of a top team, their next level managers and subsequently the supervisory managers who worked for them. The team had in the past faced a variety of intense difficulties including a merger and several subsequent downsizing events.  Following our intervention the managers and staff were better able to perform in the face of further major restructuring exercise followed almost immediately by a take over.  Our research uncovered a variety of issues including two tacit but very different operating belief systems that were causing major misunderstandings between operating units in different countries.  

The program was considered highly successful as judged by a significant improvement in performance and individual well-being despite continued high level of change.
