Strategic Aware Leadership.
A team of 22 junior managers working for a fast moving consumer goods company found that the nature of their roles had moved dramatically from being largely tactical to predominantly strategic. Managers were required to take an holistic view of the way their decisions impacted the whole organisation.  In addition, these managers were expected to break away from an habitually short term tactical approach and to be more able to think strategically.

This organisations' marketing manager asked us to design a program that would help bring about a step change in the way the team thought about and conducted their decision making.  Consequently Stephen formed a team of 5 consultants from two top business schools and a leading edge London brand development agency to develop and then deliver this successful program.  The program involved business simulation, practical work and lectures.
