Fast Team Forming.
A large British company asked for a fast track intervention by which ten top managers from different parts of the business could more effectively come together to work on a project of strategic importance within a very short period of time (5 weeks). We researched the present conditions and designed a positive intervention that was subsequently delivered over a 36 hour period. Using highly interactive team building methods, the group aired their most pressing needs and concerns, gained a clear unified set of priorities and quickly began to adopt a positive attitude towards a difficult project. Half way through the project the team agreed to a "health-check" and confirmations of goals, direction and buy in's were re-affirmed.
As a consequence the group quickly adopted higher performance team behaviours, reached their objectives and gained executive approval.
This approach has since been successfully repeated using tailor made variations for a variety of clients.
