Creative Conference Work

Working in co-operation with a senior management project team Stephen designed, developed and led a creative conference held in Austria for the European sales and technical support staff of a high technology company.  Senior management joined 250 salesmen and high technology engineers to generate new project ideas and business solutions. By using a very creative review process we reduced the initial number of great proposals down to a manageable number of actionable projects.

On another occasion Stephen Reid led an innovation conference for the top 140 managers of a pharmaceutical company.  He designed a cascade process where process champions engaged groups of 7 or 8 people in creative activity followed by a 'hearing' process.  In a plenary session we consolidated the ideas, aspirations and opinions into follow up action steps.
