Since 1995 Stephen Reid has led a team of experienced associates to research, design and deliver lasting improved performance. His team comprises fellow authors, experienced industrial psychologists, business school lecturers, actors and a small number of unique individuals who possess extraordinary skills that you won't find on most C.V.'s.  

We help people to think and behave in new beneficial ways. We use imagination and passion.  We help people find their motivation. We do this by engaging people's values and basic beliefs.
