Our Beliefs

 

People do not change the way they behave after "one off" workshops, an offsite meetings or a hike up a hill. We do not believe 'chalk and talk' or 'death by power point' presentations. People choose to improve when their minds are turned on and when feelings are fully engaged.

 

'Buy in' is better when people have had a chance to be involved and to be heard.  People buy into change when they believe they have some control.  When there is trust, involvement and a true sense of collaboration then ideas, processes and behaviours can be upgraded. All of this takes time.

Stephen Reid works with a team comprised of fellow authors, experienced industrial psychologists, business school lecturers, actors and a small number of unique individuals who possess extraordinary skills that you won't find on most C.V.'s

 

Together we engage people by creating a safe space in which they can challenge existing concepts and practices.   We facilitate new ways of working based on pressing current needs, identified by the people we work with.  This eventually leads to higher expectations and standards. Our preferred approach therefore takes time but the results endure and add value.

 

Our approach is inclusive and our methods work well where new ideas and new ways or working are needed - for example in team development, leadership and strategy development.
