Definitions
The term service provider refers to Spring Business Innovation Ltd or nominee.
The term Client refers to anyone booking the service provider.
The term delegate or delegates refers to people attending workshops on behalf of the Client
Payments
All payments for products and services are made in advance. Payments are in UK Pounds Sterling. The prevailing rate of UK VAT will be charged and added unless otherwise specified. For the delivery of goods a delivery charge to the world region selected during the purchase procedure will be added unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation of Attendance of an Open Workshop.
Substitution of delegate(s) on an open workshop is acceptable at any time however requests to change a date of a booking are considered as and treated as a cancellation. Our refund policy is as follows. 80% refund for cancellations given in writing more than thirty calendar days from the delivery of a workshop. For client cancellation of the booking with less than thirty calendar days but more than 10 calendar days prior to the workshop we will refund 50%. For cancellations of less than 10 calendar days no refund is payable.
A significant valued added portion of any workshop comes from the lively discussion within a group of people. With this in mind we reserve the right to cancel a workshop, providing a full refund to delegates if numbers registering are low.

Any written materials handed over during the course of our work are for delegate use only and the copyright with all rights reserved remain the property of Spring Business Innovation Ltd or the owners of intellectual property such as proprietary measuring instruments or other materials.
Liability
Spring Business Innovation and associates specialise in helping others to create the best conditions under which individuals can create their own choices and make their own informed decisions. Spring Business Innovation Ltd and associates do not offer advice and any discussions with Spring Business Innovation ltd and or their associates cannot be construed as advice. The Client in commissioning work delivered by Spring Business Innovation Ltd and associates or nominees does so on the clear understanding that all participatory activities or workshops are conducted on the understanding that delegates attend and participate of their own free will and that participation in any exercise what-so-ever is always entirely optional. If delegates feel that at any time they are not ready to participate in any of the exercises they need not. It is quite acceptable for individuals to opt out of any exercise before or during such an exercise. No permission is required to leave an exercise or a workshop at any time and delegates who leave may rejoin activities as and when they feel they want to. With this in mind in commissioning this work the Client agrees on behalf of their delegates that any liability claims whatsoever against Spring Business Innovation Ltd or associated consultants or their subcontractors will be limited in total to no more than a multiple of 0.5 of any fees paid and in any event to no more than £1000.
Should a dispute arise it will be judged solely under UK law in the UK.
